PHASE 1A PLAT – The plat for Phase 1A is anticipated to be approved in January 2019 and can be viewed here.

ZONING – The property has approved zoning for up to 4850 residential units and 1,225,000 square feet of commercial use. Review the recorded PUD here.

ANNEXATION AGREEMENT – When the property was annexed into the City of Pueblo an Annexation Agreement was approved by the City on April 13, 2009, setting out the improvements required by the project. Review the recorded Annexation Agreement here. On March 12, 2018, the City approved a Restated Annexation Agreement that allows for 750 units to be developed prior to any of the major offsite development.
